About Findwillow Ltd.

Throughout the early years Findwillow became increasingly involved in landscape projects that incorporated small building aspects – we now also execute pure building works.

We carry out projects for both the domestic and commercial sectors ranging from the renovation and restoration of public parks and open spaces; the building and landscaping of corporate premises; the design and construction of urban and suburban private gardens as well as large country estates.

Collectively, our combined disciplines can offer the landscaping and construction industry a valued, trusted and unique service in landscape and building projects. It is our primary objective that any project, large or small, should come to a successful conclusion, on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients, with quality workmanship and care foremost in all its elements.

In addition to skilled craftsmen who build elegant structures, we draw on our horticultural expertise and have the advantage of using quality specimens from our own plant nurseries as well as having good relationships with a network of growers to source from.

Findwillow's major projects now exceed £1 million in value, but our work spans a range of large and small, both domestic and commercial contracts.

We have £5 million public liability cover in place, together with contractor's all risks policy and £10 million employer liability cover. A performance bond can be applied when required.

Dave has been a craftsman and site manager for over 35 years and maintains the high level of craftsmanship produced by Findwillow, whether working with building materials or on planting schemes. Dave is sociable and good-natured and develops strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Known for his motivation and leadership qualities, Dave maintains the very productive and efficient teams of skilled employees without compromising on quality.

Head Office: Estimating, administration, finance

Adrian trained at Kew Gardens and Merrist Wood College and, building on this specialist knowledge, has gained over 35 years experience in the landscape and building industry managing a large volume and range of projects. He currently controls the company's finances and tendering procedure. Adrian is creative and is known for his attention to detail. He is recognized for his honesty and his ethics in conducting business, and continues his pursuit of high quality projects.
