Driving from London

On the A2, follow the signs for Canterbury / Dover.
Take the Gravesend / Meopham turnoff - the A227.

Follow the signs for Meopham and Wrotham on the A227. You will pass Istead Rise on your right hand side. When you pass the last road into Istead Rise, (Lewis Road), the speed limit changes to 50 MPH. Just a short distance along is a sign for a sharp bend in the road, take the right hand turn on the crossroads, which is directly on the bend, into Nash Bank. Continue down the country lane and, as it rises uphill, it becomes Walnut Hill Road.

We are at the very top of the hill on the right hand side.
There is a large white signboard outside for Walnut Hill Nurseries.
